1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DroneStack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DroneStack for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on DroneStack;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

4. User Obligations

For Drone Operators:

• You must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by law to operate drones commercially in your jurisdiction;
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your operator profile;
• You must respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• You agree to conduct all business transactions outside the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

For Clients:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when contacting operators;
• You agree to communicate professionally and respectfully with operators;
• You acknowledge that DroneStack is a marketplace platform and does not provide drone services directly.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent;
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful;
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

6. Disclaimer

DroneStack acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting drone operators with potential clients. We do not:

• Verify the credentials, licenses, or qualifications of operators;
• Guarantee the quality or safety of services provided;
• Act as an agent or representative of any operator or client;
• Assume any liability for services performed by operators.

All services are contracted directly between clients and operators. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DroneStack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if DroneStack or a DroneStack authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DroneStack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right; or (d) any services performed by or arranged through the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Modifications to Terms

DroneStack reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DroneStack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
